Typical Duties and Responsibilities
- Own the planning and execution of search engine advertising
- Design and implement online marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively plan campaigns
- Measure and improve SEM metrics such as click-through rates and customer acquisition rates
- Perform thorough keywords research
- Direct off-page optimization projects such as link-building
- Identify and monitor key SEO KPIs, such as redirects, click rate, and bounce rate
- Analyze SEM data and develop and present reports utilizing it
- Manage and adjust PPC campaigns and budgets
- Suggest improvements to optimize the process and productivity
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
- Stay up-to-date with SEO/SEM trends and creative campaigns
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in SEM, SEO, or a similar role
- Experience planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
- Experience in web analytics, marketing, and business development
- Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics
- Experience with Google Ads
- Experience with HTML and CSS
- Experience with SEO reporting
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles and best practices
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adwords, AHREFs, and Facebook Business Manager
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
