Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing & SEO Executive. The primary focus of this role will be managing and growing our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter (X), along with supporting SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing (Primary Focus)

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies.
• Manage and grow company profiles on:
• Facebook
• Instagram
• Twitter (X)
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, captions, stories).
• Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads preferred).
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages.
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
• Stay updated with trends and platform algorithm changes.

SEO (Secondary Focus)

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
• On-page SEO (meta tags, content optimization, internal linking).
• Coordinate with content team for SEO-friendly blogs.
• Monitor website traffic via Google Analytics & Search Console.
• Basic off-page SEO (backlink building, directory submissions).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram & Twitter.
• Experience in running paid campaigns (Meta Ads Manager).
• Basic to intermediate SEO knowledge.
• Familiarity with tools like:
• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• SEMrush / Ahrefs (preferred)
• Strong content writing & communication skills.
• Creative mindset with analytical ability.
• Must be comfortable working from office in Kolkata.
