SEO Specialist

About the Role
As an SEO Executive, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing search engine strategies for our clients. From keyword research to technical SEO, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing our website rankings, increasing leads, and supporting content and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Keyword Research & Strategy

Identify high-potential keywords for service pages, blog content, and landing pages to align with business goals.

• On-Page Optimization

Optimize meta tags, headings, content structure, internal linking, and page speed for improved search rankings and UX.

• Off-Page SEO & Link Building

Develop and manage backlink strategies, including outreach, guest posting, and partnership link-building campaigns.

• Technical SEO

Perform audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexing, redirects, sitemaps, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to track keyword rankings, traffic trends, and campaign ROI.

• Content Collaboration

Work closely with content writers and designers to ensure SEO-friendly content is created and optimized across platforms.

• Trend Monitoring

Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain competitive search visibility.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical).
• Strong expertise with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
• Deep understanding of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and SEO frameworks.
• Proficient in analyzing data, drawing insights, and making data-driven decisions.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple SEO projects and meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

• Familiarity with CRO (conversion rate optimization) principles.
• Knowledge of website platforms (Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, etc.).

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Shift: Day (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
