Job Overview

We’re looking for a performance-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. You’ll lead the planning and execution of SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, drive traffic, and increase leads for our clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
• Optimize website content, technical structure, and internal linking for search engine performance.
• Manage off-page SEO and link-building campaigns.
• Track and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure best SEO practices.
• Monitor algorithm updates and make real-time strategy adjustments.
• Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and improvement plans.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of proven SEO experience (preferably in an agency setting).
• Strong understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO trends.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory)

• Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
• YouTube SEO or video search optimization
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Influencer marketing
