Position Overview

We’re looking for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist who has hands-on experience in improving website rankings, optimizing on-page and off-page elements, and using advanced SEO tools to drive measurable growth. The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and passionate about staying ahead of SEO trends and algorithm updates.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies for multiple client websites.

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Ubersuggest.

Optimize website structure, content, metadata, and internal linking for improved visibility and user experience.

Plan and execute link-building strategies, digital PR, and content outreach campaigns.

Perform detailed technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to fix issues related to site speed, indexing, crawl errors, and Core Web Vitals.

Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, bounce rates, etc.) using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Data Studio dashboards.

Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital campaigns.

Stay updated on the latest search engine algorithms, AI-driven search features, and emerging SEO trends.

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of proven SEO experience (preferably with an agency).

Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.

Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.)

Solid grasp of content marketing, keyword intent, and semantic SEO principles.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Strong communication and reporting skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience in local SEO, schema markup, and voice search optimization.

Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools or programmatic SEO strategies.

Experience working with international or multilingual SEO projects.
