SEO Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented SEO Executive to manage and improve our website’s search rankings. The candidate will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies, optimizing website content, and analyzing performance metrics to drive organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
• Plan and execute off-page SEO strategies such as link building and guest posting.
• Conduct regular SEO audits to identify and fix technical issues.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
• Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO-friendly content creation.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports (traffic, ranking, and conversions).

Required Skills & Tools:

• Strong knowledge of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog
• Understanding of HTML, WordPress, and CMS management
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Basic knowledge of content marketing and social media
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
• 0-1 years of hands-on SEO experience (for Executive role).
• Freshers with strong SEO training or internship experience can also apply (if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Google Analytics or Google Ads Certification.
• Experience with Local SEO and Google My Business optimization.
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and E-commerce SEO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
