We are seeking a motivated and data-driven SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing search engine optimization strategies. You will be responsible for improving our organic search visibility, driving qualified traffic, and increasing conversions.

This role requires a deep understanding of modern SEO practices, hands-on experience with essential SEO tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics, and proficiency in managing content on CMS platforms, particularly WordPress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Implementation: Assist in the development and execution of successful SEO strategies for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for content and optimization.
  • On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, including meta tags (title, description), headings, URL structure, and internal linking, to improve search engine rankings.
  • Technical SEO: Monitor and improve technical SEO aspects, including site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, indexation, and structured data, using tools like Screaming Frog.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush).
  • Content Management: Upload, manage, and optimize content directly within CMS platforms, primarily WordPress, ensuring all content is SEO-friendly.
  • Competitor Analysis: Perform regular competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in our search landscape.
  • Link Building: Support link-building campaigns by identifying high-quality backlink opportunities.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 1.5 - 2 years of proven, hands-on experience in an SEO-focused role.
  • SEO Tools:
  • Mandatory: Proficient in using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC) for performance tracking and technical audits.
  • Highly Desired: Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
  • CMS Platforms:
  • Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with WordPress (publishing, editing, and using SEO plugins like Yoast or Rank Math).
  • Desired: Familiarity with other CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Joomla, Magento) is a significant plus.
  • Core SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to manage time and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (A-Plus)

  • Experience with e-commerce SEO.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
  • A portfolio of successful SEO projects or case studies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
