Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement On-Page & Off-Page SEO strategies to improve organic search ranking and traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor & website analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website structure, internal linking, meta tags, schema, and content alignment.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies including outreach, guest posting, and authority building.
• Track and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Coordinate with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure SEO guidelines are followed.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to the team & management.
• Stay updated with current SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in On-Page & Off-Page SEO.
• Strong command over keyword planning and optimization practices.
• Working knowledge of SEO tools:
• Google Analytics
• Search Console
• SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz
• Screaming Frog (good to have)
• Understanding of basic HTML/CSS (preferred, not mandatory).
• Strong analytical mindset with good communication & presentation skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently with ownership and accountability.
