SEO Specialist

We are seeking a Content Specialist to join our collaborative, tight-knit team. This is a full-time, fully remote role where you will work closely with our SEO Managers and Content Manager. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about digital marketing and content management.

Responsibilities

• Upload and publish new website content (including blog posts and service pages) for 60+ behavioral health clients each month.
• Optimize published content for SEO, including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and formatting for readability.
• Coordinate with the SEO and content teams to ensure each piece of content aligns with keyword and SEO strategies.
• Help implement on-page SEO recommendations provided by SEO Managers.
• Implement schema on each piece of content.
• Update existing website content to improve performance and ensure accuracy.
• Help with monthly performance reports to summarize content publication and SEO improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on SEO and content marketing best practices.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency across multiple client websites.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or SEO.
• Familiarity with publishing in Wordpress
• Basic understanding of SEO principles (on-page optimization, meta data, keyword placement).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative, proactive, and positive attitude.

Preferred, Not Required

• Experience with Local SEO.
• Familiarity with Elementor, the Wordpress builder

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
