Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and analytical SEO Specialist with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and improving our organic search presence, driving targeted traffic, and contributing to our digital marketing goals. Key Responsibilities:

• On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images. Implement internal linking strategies and ensure content aligns with search intent.
• Technical SEO: Perform regular technical audits using tools like Screaming Frog to identify and report on issues like crawl errors, site speed, mobile usability, and indexation.
• Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify new opportunities for content and traffic growth.
• Content Collaboration: Work with the content team to plan and brief SEO-optimized articles, landing pages, and product copy.
• Off-Page SEO & Link Building: Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and digital PR activities.
• Local SEO (if applicable): Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (GBP) listings and local citations.
• Reporting & Analysis: Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of proven experience in SEO, either in an agency or an in-house role.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console is a must.
• Proficiency with at least one major SEO tool such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Solid understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and experience with WordPress or similar CMS.
• Strong analytical mindset and good communication skills in English and Urdu.
