Devasya is a women’s Indian clothing brand offering contemporary and ethnic wear that blends tradition with modern design. We are looking for an experienced SEO & SEM Specialist to strengthen our online presence, improve search visibility, and drive qualified traffic to our website through both organic and paid channels.

Role Summary

The SEO & SEM Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies and paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads. The role requires strong analytical skills, deep understanding of search behavior, and experience in executing data-driven growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend identification.
  • Optimize website content, product descriptions, metadata, and landing pages.
  • Improve organic search rankings for targeted keywords.
  • Execute on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO activities.
  • Manage link-building strategies and outreach efforts.
  • Monitor website health, indexing issues, site speed, and overall SEO performance.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Google Ads

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword bidding, ad copywriting, audience targeting, and campaign setup.
  • Track campaign performance, ROAS, conversions, and cost efficiency.
  • Continuously test ads, landing pages, and optimization strategies.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and report KPIs using Google Analytics, Google Ads Dashboard, Search Console, and other tools.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports highlighting insights and improvements.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data-driven analysis.

Website & E-commerce Support

  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve SEO-friendly content and site architecture.
  • Ensure product listings, URLs, and category pages are optimized for search visibility.
  • Support marketing campaigns with landing page optimization.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO & SEM.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Understanding of e-commerce, online shopping behavior, and digital funnels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and project coordination skills.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce industry.
  • Knowledge of content marketing and basic HTML (optional but beneficial).
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
