Roles And Responsibilities

• Blogger Outreach:
• Identify and establish relationships with relevant bloggers, influencers, and industry experts.
• Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and shareable content for outreach campaigns.
• Conduct outreach activities to secure guest posting opportunities and collaborations.
• Backlink Acquisition:
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
• Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and algorithm changes to adapt link-building strategies accordingly.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the content team to align content creation with SEO objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
• Reporting:
• Provide regular reports on the performance of SEO efforts, including key metrics and insights.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of backlink acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, with a focus on blogger outreach and backlink acquisition.
• Overall understanding of On-Page SEO is a plus.
• Knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
