SEO Specialist

Position: SEO Specialist

Timing: Night Shift (8 PM - 5AM) (onsite)

Experience: 2 - 3 Years (industrial experience)

Eraxon is seeking a talented and results-oriented SEO Specialist to plan, execute, and manage SEO strategies across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) . You will be responsible for boosting organic traffic, improving keyword rankings, and ensuring all digital assets align with best SEO standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize website elements including content, titles, meta descriptions, URLs, images, and internal linking.
• Develop and implement strong on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic visibility.
• Perform regular SEO audits to identify technical issues; collaborate with developers for fixes.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other SEO tools.
• Execute ethical and high-quality link-building campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
• Prepare clear and detailed SEO performance reports, ranking updates, and growth insights.
• Work with content writers/designers to ensure all content meets SEO standards and supports ranking goals.
• Analyze competitors and identify new organic growth opportunities across GEO markets.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist / SEO Expert (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO.
• Expertise with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, GSC, etc.
• Practical knowledge of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical optimization.
• Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
