About the Role

As an SEO Specialist, you’ll be part of our Organic Marketing team, helping clients across diverse industries improve their visibility, traffic, and performance through smart, ethical, and data-driven SEO.

You’ll collaborate with other marketing professionals to research keywords, optimize on-page and technical elements, and drive meaningful organic growth for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who’s analytical, proactive, and ready to grow within a fast-paced marketing agency.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct keyword research and build strategic optimization plans based on client objectives and market opportunity.
• Implement on-page and technical SEO strategies to improve search visibility and performance.
• Perform website audits, analyze crawl data, and monitor indexation to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Review analytics and performance reports to guide next steps and report meaningful insights to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with content, creative, and paid teams to align SEO strategies across campaigns.
• Support link-building and content marketing efforts that strengthen clients’ online authority.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.).
• Working knowledge of SEO platforms such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or BrightEdge.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills — attention to detail is a must.
• A collaborative, curious mindset with a passion for learning and improving.
• (Bonus) Experience with paid search or digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Bing Ads).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
