SEO Specialist

GFS Builders & Developers is looking for a talented SEO Specialist with a strong background in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in boosting online presence, improving rankings, and driving quality traffic through effective SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies
• Conduct keyword research relevant to real estate projects
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush
• Perform competitor analysis and stay updated with search engine trends
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams for SEO-friendly content
• Improve SERP rankings for real estate keywords and project pages

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist
• Mandatory: Experience in Real Estate industry SEO
• Strong understanding of SEO tools (GA, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush)
• Knowledge of technical SEO, link building, and content optimization
• Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports
