SEO Specialist

We are a growing digital agency focused on delivering measurable results through content marketing, SEO, and digital strategy. We’re looking for a Part-Time SEO Specialist who can help us improve website visibility, drive organic traffic, and optimize our clients’ digital presence across search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research to identify content and ranking opportunities.
• Optimize on-page SEO elements such as meta titles, descriptions, header tags, and image alt texts.
• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements for site performance, crawlability, and indexing.
• Build and manage backlink strategies, including outreach and off-page optimization.
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs/Semrush.
• Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
• Strong understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for technical SEO).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Familiarity with content marketing and keyword mapping.
• Understanding of schema markup and structured data.
