About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative SEO Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing SEO strategies, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on SEO experienceand at least 1 year of experience working with AI-driven SEO tools and methodologies. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for staying ahead of search engine trends and AI advancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
• Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
• Oversee technical SEO audits and collaborate with development teams to implement improvements.
• Create and optimize content aligned with SEO goals, user intent, and search trends.
• Utilize AI-powered SEO tools and platforms to enhance content performance, automate insights, and scale optimization.
• Monitor website performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO, AI, and search engine algorithm updates.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure alignment across all digital initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional SEO experience with a proven track record of driving organic growth.
• At least 1 year of experience using AI SEO tools or AI-driven optimization workflows.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO best practices.
• Experience with industry-standard tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Surfer AI, ChatGPT for SEO workflows, Clearscope, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SEO for multilingual or international websites.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
• Experience working within the UAE or GCC market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
