About the Role

Enoves is seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist with a minimum of three years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, as well as advanced knowledge of website silo structures, development-focused optimization, and performance-driven SEO planning. The candidate must also have experience in leading teams, managing clients, and handling international SEO projects.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and manage complete on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.Build and optimize silo website structures for improved SEO performance and indexing. Collaborate with development teams to ensure SEO-friendly design, architecture, and technical optimization. Lead and guide the SEO team, ensuring high-quality work, productivity, and growth.Maintain clear communication with clients and handle project management effectively.Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink strategies, and detailed performance reporting.Manage international SEO campaigns, adapting strategies for global markets.Stay updated with search engine guidelines, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional SEO experience.

Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Expertise in silo structuring, site architecture, and development based optimization.

Experience in team leadership and client management.

Experience working with international clients or projects.

Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Ability to work on-site only during the 4 PM – 12 AM shift.

No remote work or remote tasks are allowed.
