We’re seeking a hands-on SEO Specialist who understands technical SEO, indexing, backlinks, and content optimisation. This role is ideal for someone methodical, analytical, and detail-driven.

Role Overview

• Monitor and resolve Google Search Console indexing and coverage issues
• Maintain sitemaps, URL structures, canonicals, redirects
• Optimize Core Web Vitals and site performance
• Implement structured data (schema markup)

• Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headers, ALT text
• Strengthen internal linking across destinations, experiences, itineraries
• Optimize articles and landing pages for search intent + snippets
• AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) improvements for rich results

• Manage ethical backlink acquisition campaigns
• Outreach to relevant blogs, travel portals, and media sites
• Track backlink quality and domain authority

• Perform keyword research and clustering
• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports
• Track rankings across GCC, UK, Malaysia, Turkey, USA

• Arabic + English fluency
• 2–5 years SEO experience
• Proficiency with GSC, GA4, keyword tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Experience managing indexing and technical fixes
• Ability to optimize long articles for SEO
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS
• Strong attention to detail

This is a hands-on execution role , ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and eager to shape the digital presence of a growing global travel brand.

You will work closely with the Founder and an external content strategist, and you will be responsible for turning strategy into daily execution .

• Experience in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors
• Familiarity with AEO
• Experience with backlink cleanups
• Understanding of Islamic-friendly travel audiences
