the About the Role

Design Henge is seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist with hands-on experience managing and ranking Google Business Profiles (GMB) for clients across various industries — especially design, branding, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of delivering measurable growth in local visibility, leads, and website performance for U.S.-based businesses.

You’ll collaborate with our content, design, and marketing teams to plan and execute SEO strategies, improve GBP rankings, and create impactful content calendars for social media platforms including Meta Business Suite and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles for multiple U.S. clients — ensuring strong local visibility and ranking in Google Maps.
• Conduct comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO (keyword research, content optimization, backlinks, citations, etc.).
• Develop and execute local SEO strategies tailored for industries like design, hospitality, eCommerce, and wellness.
• Audit websites for technical SEO and user experience improvements.
• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics through tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and BrightLocal.
• Create and manage social media calendars (Meta, Instagram, TikTok) for client campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual content supports SEO and brand messaging.
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates and local search trends.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in SEO and GMB optimization (preferably for U.S. clients).
• Proven success ranking local businesses in Google Maps and organic search.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience using SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, BrightLocal, Moz, etc.).
• Familiarity with content planning and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, or Hootsuite).
• Excellent English communication skills and analytical thinking.
• Bonus: Experience in design, creative, or digital agency environments.

• Location: Gulistan e Johar, Block 04
• Timings: 11 AM - 8 PM
• Days: Monday - Friday
• Salary Range: 60,000 - 80,000 with the other company's benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
