We are looking for a data-driven AEO Specialist to bridge the gap between user acquisition and product retention. Your goal is to ensure that the transition from external touchpoints (Ads, Search, Social) to the app environment is seamless, high-converting, and personalized. You will own the "post-click" experience, optimizing everything from custom product pages to the initial onboarding flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize the end-to-end user journey, specifically focusing on the transition from ad creative to App Store listings and in-app landing pages.
  • Storefront Management: Execute A/B tests on App Store Connect and Google Play Console using Custom Product Pages (CPPs) and Store Listing Variations to match specific audience intents.
  • Deep Linking Strategy: Implement and manage deep-linking schemas (using tools like Branch or AppsFlyer) to ensure users land on the exact content promised in marketing materials.
  • Onboarding Enhancements: Work closely with the Product team to optimize the "First Time User Experience" (FTUE) to reduce churn within the first 24 hours.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Performance Marketing to align ad copy with store assets, and with Data Science to track downstream LTV (Lifetime Value) based on entry points.
  • Reporting: Track KPIs including Conversion Rate (CVR), Cost Per Install (CPI), Retention Rate (D1/D7/D30), and ROAS.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–4 years in App Marketing, ASO, or Mobile Growth.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of App Store Connect and Google Play Console, including the latest privacy frameworks (SKAdNetwork).
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch, and analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Firebase.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data sets and turn them into actionable UX/UI hypotheses.
  • Creative Eye: Understanding of what visual assets (screenshots, preview videos) drive psychological triggers for downloads.

Preferred Qualities

  • You stay ahead of the curve on Apple and Google’s frequent algorithm and policy updates.
  • Experience with Apple Search Ads (ASA) and how they interact with organic rankings.
  • A "product-led growth" mindset—you care as much about what happens inside the app as you do about the download.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,460.38 - ₹38,901.90 per month
