SEO Specialist

About the Role
Sprouto is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SEO Specialist with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SEO and a working knowledge of Social Media Marketing (SMM). This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their digital marketing career while driving measurable results across search engines and social platforms. Strong English communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Responsibilities (Primary):

• Perform keyword research and analyze competitors to uncover growth opportunities
• Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, and URLs for search engines
• Support on-page SEO and assist with fundamental technical SEO improvements
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Track and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions
• Create regular SEO performance reports with actionable insights
• Work closely with content writers and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented

Social Media Marketing Responsibilities (Secondary – Mandatory):

• Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Assist in planning and executing social media content calendars
• Support organic growth, engagement, and brand visibility initiatives
• Track social media performance and recommend improvements
• Ensure social media activities are aligned with SEO and content strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of practical SEO experience
• Working knowledge of Social Media Marketing (mandatory)
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or equivalents
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Knowledge of content marketing and link-building strategies
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
