SEO Specialist

Location: Johar Town, Lahore (On-Site)
Timing: 5PM - 2AM

We’re not looking for someone who just runs SEO checklists.

We’re looking for someone who understands search, thinks critically, and takes ownership of their work. Someone with solid fundamentals who wants to sharpen their skills while working alongside experienced strategists on real campaigns.If you already have 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience and strong conceptual understanding, this role will give you the opportunity to apply your skills across real client projects and continue growing.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement on-page SEO improvements across client websites
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) to improve local visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor research
• Create and optimize SEO-focused content including blogs, landing pages, and service pages
• Execute local SEO campaigns, including citation building and listings management
• Assist with technical SEO tasks such as fixing crawl errors, improving metadata, and optimizing site structure
• Monitor keyword rankings, traffic trends, and performance metrics
• Support white-hat link building and outreach campaigns
• Apply SEO best practices for both traditional search and emerging AI-driven search environments
• Prepare clear performance reports for internal review and client updates

You’ll work closely with a senior strategist who will provide guidance and feedback. We expect someone who learns quickly, takes initiative, and continuously improves their work.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency, freelance, or in-house)
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals
• Practical experience with Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
• Ability to write clear, well-structured, SEO-optimized content
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)
• Basic understanding of technical SEO concepts such as crawlability, sitemaps, indexing, and Core Web Vitals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strategic direction
• Curiosity about how AI and LLMs are reshaping search (a plus, not required)
