About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who understands how to blend traditional SEO strategies with AI-powered insights. You’ll use both data and creativity to improve search visibility, optimize content with AI tools, and grow organic traffic that converts.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research and clustering using AI-driven tools like ChatGPT.
• Optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies with a data-first approach.
• Conduct Technical SEO audits (crawl, index, site speed, Core Web Vitals).
• Implement structured data (schema markup) and optimize for featured snippets.
• Use AI tools for content optimization, idea generation, and meta creation.
• Develop content briefs using NLP and semantic keyword analysis.
• Manage link-building campaigns using white-hat strategies.
• Track rankings, CTR, and organic performance using Google Search Console, Analytics, and AI dashboards.
• Collaborate with writers, developers, and designers to maintain SEO integrity.
• Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and emerging AI trends in SEO.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house).
• Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience using AI SEO tools like SurferSEO, Frase, Jasper, or ChatGPT for content planning.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar tools.
• Familiarity with content automation workflows and prompt engineering basics.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Ability to interpret analytics data and turn it into actionable insights.
• Strong English writing and communication skills are a MUST.
