SEO Specialist & Developer

Job Description:

We are hiring an SEO Specialist to manage both on-page and off-page SEO for our skin & aesthetic clinic. The role involves optimizing our website, building a strong digital presence, and driving qualified leads through ethical SEO practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research for dermatology, skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments.
• Optimize website content, service pages, and blogs for targeted keywords.
• Improve technical SEO: meta tags, URL structure, schema markup, site speed, and mobile friendliness.
• Optimize images (alt tags, compression, geotagging for local SEO).
• Implement internal linking and content structure for better user experience.
• Monitor site performance via Google Analytics & Search Console.
• Build high-quality backlinks through guest blogging, partnerships, and outreach.
• Create and manage local citations in healthcare/beauty/wellness directories.
• Maintain and optimize Google Business Profile with regular posts & updates.
• Encourage and respond to online reviews to boost reputation.
• Execute link-building campaigns via PR, influencer collaborations, and digital partnerships.
• Engage in ethical off-page activities like forum posting, social bookmarking, and content promotion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
