We’re looking for a skilled SEO Specialist & Digital Marketing Professional to join our team in person. The ideal candidate will help drive traffic, boost sales, and strengthen our brand presence through smart search optimization and digital marketing strategies.

Position Overview

As our in-house SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for optimizing our website, improving search rankings, and managing online ad campaigns. You’ll work closely with our product and content teams to ensure our listings, pages, and promotions reach the widest audience possible.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Burbank, CA. Remote work is not available for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and sales.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings, categories, and website content.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO improvements.
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Manage digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and search optimization.
• Stay updated on current SEO, e-commerce, and marketing trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing (preferably in e-commerce).
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
• Understanding of keyword research, link-building, and content optimization.
• Experience managing paid ads and tracking ROI.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be able to work on-site daily in Burbank, CA.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or WordPress platforms.
• Experience with email marketing and automation tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Understanding of product listing optimization and marketplace SEO.
