SEO Specialist – Full Time (On-site)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who can plan, implement, and manage complete SEO strategies for websites across different industries. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Technical SEO, On-Page, Off-Page, Keyword Research, Competitor Analysis, and Content Strategy with proven results in improving rankings and organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple websites.
• Conduct keyword research using industry tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, Moz, etc.).
• Perform competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities.

Technical SEO

• Conduct website audits (crawl issues, indexing, sitemaps, page speed, core web vitals).
• Fix technical issues (broken links, redirects, schema markup, robots.txt, etc.).
• Optimize website structure for better search engine visibility.

Content Optimization & Writing

• Create and optimize SEO-friendly content (blogs, landing pages, website copy, meta tags).
• Collaborate with writers/designers to ensure content meets SEO quality standards.
• Plan and execute content strategy for targeted keywords.

Off-Page SEO

• Execute link-building campaigns (guest posting, outreach, citations, PR links).
• Manage high-quality backlinks and monitor toxicity.
• Improve domain authority through ethical SEO practices.

Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and ranking tools.
• Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports.
• Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong writing and content optimization skills.
• Ability to conduct and present SEO audits.
• Understanding of WordPress & basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.
• 2–4+ years of professional SEO experience.
• Proven track record of ranking keywords and boosting organic traffic.
