Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to manage and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, backlink strategies, and emerging practices like GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement on-page SEO strategies including keyword optimization, meta tags, content structuring, and internal linking
• Execute off-page SEO activities including backlink building, outreach, and authority development
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Optimize website content for search engines and user experience
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
• Develop and manage backlink strategies to improve domain authority
• Stay updated with latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, GEO and AEO practices
• Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
• Track, report, and analyze SEO performance metrics and KPIs

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO (on-page and off-page)
• Strong understanding of backlink strategies and SEO tools
• Knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities

Preferred:

• Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
