The Opportunity: Soft Solution is seeking a strategic and results-driven SEO expert to join our digital team. If you have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, a passion for driving organic growth, and 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will be crucial in improving our online visibility, driving targeted traffic, and maximizing our organic search performance. You'll work on diverse projects, from website optimization to content strategy, making a tangible impact on our digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.

Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and inform content creation.

Perform comprehensive SEO audits of websites to identify technical issues, on-page optimization opportunities, and content gaps.

Optimize website content, meta descriptions, titles, and headers for maximum SEO effectiveness.

Monitor and analyze SEO performance using various SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush).

Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm changes and SEO best practices.

Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO is integrated across all digital initiatives.

Identify and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.

Provide regular reports on SEO performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field.

2–3 years of proven hands-on SEO experience with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors (Google, Bing, etc.).

Proficiency with leading SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
