We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to manage and improve the organic search performance of our websites and client projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, content optimization, competitor analysis, local SEO, and SEO reporting.
The main goal of this role is to improve rankings, increase organic traffic, and generate high-quality leads through SEO.
Responsibilities
The SEO Specialist will be responsible for:
- Performing detailed keyword research for different industries and target locations.
- Creating SEO strategies based on business goals, competitors, and search intent.
- Optimizing website pages, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links, image alt text, and content structure.
- Conducting technical SEO audits to find and fix issues related to indexing, crawling, page speed, mobile usability, broken links, redirects, sitemap, robots.txt, and schema markup.
- Creating and optimizing SEO-friendly website content, blog topics, service pages, and landing pages.
- Analyzing competitors to identify keyword gaps, backlink gaps, content opportunities, and ranking strategies.
- Managing local SEO, including Google Business Profile optimization, local citations, location pages, reviews, and map ranking strategies.
- Tracking keyword rankings, organic traffic, impressions, clicks, conversions, and leads.
- Preparing weekly and monthly SEO reports with clear progress updates and next-step recommendations.
- Working with web developers, content writers, designers, and marketing teams to implement SEO improvements.
- Building a safe and quality-focused backlink strategy through guest posts, outreach, citations, business listings, and niche-relevant links.
- Staying updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and best practices.
