As we expand our SEO division, we are actively looking for talented individuals, both experienced professionals and motivated freshers, to join our growing digital marketing team in Karachi.

The Role

We are hiring for two positions under the same team:

1. SEO Specialist (Experienced)

2. SEO Intern (Fresher / Entry-Level)

Both roles are focused on driving organic growth, improving search rankings, and building long-term online visibility for a diverse portfolio of client projects. Your responsibilities and compensation will be assessed transparently based on your actual capabilities and drive.

Key Responsibilities: SEO Specialist (Experienced)

• Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client goals
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market opportunity assessments
• Perform full technical SEO audits using tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console
• Optimise site architecture, internal linking, page speed, and Core Web Vitals
• Implement and manage on-page optimisation, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, and schema markup
• Plan and execute link-building campaigns and digital PR outreach
• Develop content strategies and SEO briefs to guide writers for maximum ranking potential
• Monitor, track, and report on organic performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Search Console
• Identify and implement AI-powered SEO tools and workflows to improve efficiency and results
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates and industry best practices

SEO Intern (Fresher)

• Support the SEO team with keyword research, tracking, and basic competitive analysis
• Assist with on-page checks including meta tags, heading structures, and URL reviews
• Help with content research and writing outreach emails for link-building efforts
• Learn to use industry-standard SEO tools including Google Search Console and analytics platforms
• Study and apply SEO fundamentals under the guidance of senior team members
• Explore and get hands-on exposure to AI tools used in modern digital marketing
• Contribute to reports and internal documentation as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications For the SEO Specialist Role

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience with a demonstrable portfolio of improved rankings and traffic
• Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
• Strong understanding of technical SEO: site audits, crawl budget, schema, page speed, mobile optimisation
• Solid knowledge of on-page optimisation: keyword mapping, meta data, content structuring
• Experience with link-building strategies and digital PR
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for performance tracking and reporting
• Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools and willingness to adopt new technologies
• Excellent English reading and writing comprehension
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

For the SEO Intern Role

• Intermediate student (currently enrolled) or fresh graduate, any field welcome
• Genuine passion for computers, the internet, search engines, and online marketing
• Strong computer literacy and comfort working with online tools and platforms
• Curious about how search engines, algorithms, and AI work
• Proficient in reading and understanding English-language content
• Quick learner with a positive attitude and a growth mindset
• No prior formal SEO experience required, your curiosity and drive matter most

Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
