SEO Specialist - TEAM LEAD

Job Title:

SEO & Growth Specialist (Full Time, On-Site – Islamabad) E-11/3

We’re looking for a highly skilled, hands-on “one-man army” SEO professional who can independently plan, execute, and scale SEO + content strategies. You’ll lead projects end-to-end, while guiding 2 internees and coordinating with a developer when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute technical, on-page, and off-page SEO

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend insights

Improve rankings, traffic, and lead generation performance

Optimise website structure (meta, schema, internal linking, speed, etc.)

Build and execute link-building, outreach, and guest posting strategies

Track and report KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions)

Identify growth opportunities across SEO, content, and emerging trends

Suggest and implement content strategies that convert

Requirements

2+ years proven SEO experience

Strong command of tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs/Moz

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Experience with WordPress and technical SEO

Strong analytical + execution mindset

Excellent English communication skills

Role Setup

Location: On-site (Islamabad - E11)

Office Hours: From 11:00 AM onwards

Type: Full Time

Budget: PKR 100,000/month

Ideal Candidate

Someone who can take full ownership, doesn’t rely on large teams, and can drive results independently while leveraging small support (internees + developer).

Must be able to Share Profile Projects

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Islamabad E-11: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
