About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, data-driven SEO Strategist to join our growing digital marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in an agency environment and loves building strong client relationships while driving measurable organic growth.

As an SEO Strategist (mid–senior level), you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, developing, executing, and optimizing strategies that improve visibility, rankings, and conversions. You’ll collaborate with a talented team of SEO specialists, content strategists, developers, and digital marketing experts to deliver best-in-class results.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to each client’s business goals and KPIs.
  • Lead client communications: Present performance reports, share insights, and recommend next steps.
  • Perform keyword research, technical SEO audits, and competitive analysis to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with content and web teams to ensure all digital assets align with SEO best practices.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Stay current on search engine algorithms, AI-driven search changes, and emerging SEO trends to proactively adjust strategies.
  • Mentor and collaborate with junior team members, helping to raise the overall standard of SEO delivery across the agency.

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven success managing SEO campaigns for multiple clients across different industries.
  • Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, including link strategy and site architecture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading client calls and presenting results.
  • Proficiency with leading SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS, WordPress, Shopify or other CMS platforms is a plus.
