SEO Team Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled SEO Team Lead to manage, mentor and grow our SEO team while driving strong organic performance for client and internal projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on SEO expertise, strong leadership qualities, and a data-driven approach to strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and mentor the SEO team
• Must have experience in Client Handling
• Plan & execute SEO strategies to achieve traffic, ranking & lead goals
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis & market understanding
• Perform on-page, off-page & technical SEO activities
• Ensure 100% quality delivery of monthly SEO reports & insights
• Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.
• Collaborate with content, design & development teams to improve SEO outcomes
• Keep up with algorithm updates and SEO best practices
• Conduct SEO trainings and performance reviews for team members
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and client communication where needed

Requirements

• 3–5+ years hands-on SEO experience
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page & technical SEO
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong reporting & analytical skills
• Ability to manage team workflows, tasks, and performance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven record of improving rankings & organic growth
• Ability to manage multiple clients & deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,713.10 - ₹40,000.00 per month
