SEO Team Lead

Position: SEO Team Lead Department: Digital Marketing Location: Bhubaneswar Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and motivated SEO Team Lead to manage and optimize our online presence. The ideal candidate will lead SEO strategy, manage a team and ensure high-quality organic growth across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

 Plan and execute on-page & off-page SEO strategies.  Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits.  Improve website ranking, traffic, and overall organic performance.  Optimize content, meta tags, internal links, and website structure.  Monitor daily/weekly rankings and prepare performance reports.  Handle technical SEO issues and coordinate with developers.  Lead, guide, and train the SEO team (Team Lead role). Requirements:

 Proven experience in SEO.

 Strong knowledge of SEO tools (GSC, GA, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).

 Understanding of technical SEO and content optimization.

 Good communication and team management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
