SEO Team Lead

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated SEO Team Lead to join our team at our Mohali office. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on SEO expertise, and the ability to manage and guide a team to achieve organic growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the SEO team to deliver measurable results
• Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members
• Coordinate with content, development, and marketing teams
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm updates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO
• Prior experience as an SEO Team Lead or Senior SEO Executive
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines

• Must be willing to work onsite at Phase 8, Mohali
• Immediate joiners preferred
