SEO Team Lead

We’re Hiring: SEO Team Lead (On-Page | Off-Page | Technical SEO)

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-driven SEO Team Lead who can take full ownership of our SEO strategy, execution, and performance. This role is ideal for someone who can lead from the front, deliver measurable results, and manage end-to-end SEO operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO)
• Conduct advanced keyword research, clustering, and keyword mapping aligned with search intent
• Plan and implement Programmatic SEO strategies to scale content and traffic efficiently
• Optimize website structure, internal linking, and content for maximum visibility and performance
• Develop and manage high-quality backlink acquisition strategies
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical SEO issues (Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawlability, site health)
• Track, analyze, and continuously improve organic traffic, rankings, and conversions
• Manage, mentor, and guide the SEO team to achieve strategic goals

Core Expertise Required:

• Strong command of Topical Authority and E-E-A-T principles
• Hands-on experience with Programmatic SEO (at scale content generation & automation)
• Proficiency in Screaming Frog SEO Spider (Mandatory)
• Proven experience managing SEO for large-scale websites (e.g., E-commerce platforms)
• Deep understanding of crawl budget optimization and crawl depth management
• Expertise in designing SEO-friendly website architecture for efficient crawling and indexing

Requirements:

• 4+ years of proven experience in SEO (preferably in IT/Tech industry)
• Hands-on experience handling end-to-end SEO projects
• Strong expertise in tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog
• Proven experience in technical SEO audits and implementation
• Demonstrated track record of ranking websites on competitive keywords
• Prior team leadership or management experience preferred
