We’re looking for a results-driven SEO Team Lead who knows how to turn algorithms and audience insights into rankings that matter, not just traffic.

If you’ve led teams, managed client strategies across multiple accounts, and consistently delivered measurable impact — especially in a digital agency setting, this role is for you.

You’ll be responsible for leading our SEO function end-to-end, owning strategy, execution, and performance across a wide range of clients and industries.

• You’re currently in or open to a salary range of ₹6.5 – ₹8.5 LPA
• You have prior agency experience (this is non-negotiable)

What You’ll Do:

• Build and execute tailored SEO strategies across industries from growth-stage D2C brands to SaaS and service-based businesses.
• Manage multiple client accounts and oversee complete SEO roadmaps technical, content, and performance-based.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the internal SEO team.
• Create content strategies aligned with client goals, and ensure content is optimized, published, and performing.
• Conduct in-depth technical audits and collaborate with dev teams to implement impactful fixes.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP audits to uncover high-potential growth opportunities.
• Monitor and report on critical metrics like Organic Traffic, CTR, Rankings, Engagement, and Conversions.
• Stay up-to-date with algorithm changes, SEO trends, and search engine updates.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, explaining performance and next steps in simple terms.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
