Job Description

AM Web Insights Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a skilled and proactive SEO Team Lead to plan, execute, and manage SEO strategies that drive organic growth and improve search engine rankings. The ideal candidate will have hands-on SEO experience and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content creation and optimization
• Execute and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal links
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Collaborate with content writers and developers to implement SEO best practices
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithm updates
• Generate regular SEO performance reports and insights
• Identify opportunities to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3–4 years of proven SEO experience with measurable results
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
