Role Overview
The SEO, Web & Paid Ads Executive is responsible for driving qualified digital traffic, improving online visibility, and generating measurable leads through search engine optimization, website management, and paid advertising channels. This role blends analytical execution with creative optimization, focusing on performance, conversion, and return on ad spend.
Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping

Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and content performance

Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and SEO health using relevant tools
Website Management

Manage and update website content, landing pages, and structure
-
Ensure website performance, speed, mobile responsiveness, and usability
-
Coordinate with designers, developers, and content teams as required
-
Track user behavior and conversion paths to improve performance
Paid Advertising (PPC & Media Buying)

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and creatives

Monitor cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS)

Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audiences
Analytics & Reporting

Track performance using analytics and ad platforms

Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations

Use data to inform optimization decisions and budget allocation
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Work closely with sales, marketing, and management teams to align campaigns with business objectives

Identify growth opportunities, channel improvements, and conversion bottlenecks

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithms, and platform changes
Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in SEO, website management, and paid digital advertising

Strong understanding of search engines, ad platforms, and conversion optimization
-
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on insights

Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and ad dashboards

Basic HTML/CMS knowledge is an advantage

Strong communication and execution skills
