Role Overview

You’ll own the SEO strategy and website performance for Signageer.com
Your mission: make us the #1-ranked signage manufacturer in Bangalore on Google Search and ensure constant organic lead inflow from our website and Google Business profile.

Key Responsibilities: SEO & Google Ranking

  • Conduct keyword research focused on signage, branding, and fabrication terms (e.g., “LED Signage Bangalore,” “3D Letters,” “Shop Sign Boards”).
  • Optimize on-page SEO: titles, meta descriptions, schema, internal linking, image alt tags.
  • Improve off-page SEO: backlink outreach with industry directories, architects, and builders.
  • Optimize and maintain Google My Business (GMB) profile with weekly posts, Q&As, reviews, and area-based targeting (Whitefield, Indiranagar, Koramangala, HSR Layout, etc.).
  • Create location landing pages for better ranking across Bangalore.

Website Maintenance

  • Manage & update Signageer.com (WordPress-based CMS).
  • Ensure website is mobile-friendly, fast (PageSpeed >90), and secure (SSL).
  • Regularly add new portfolio pages, blog posts, and image galleries of recent projects.
  • Track leads via contact forms + WhatsApp click events using Google Tag Manager & Analytics 4.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track keyword ranking improvements (weekly).
  • Measure traffic, bounce rate, session time via Google Analytics.
  • Monitor and reduce CPL (Cost Per Lead) from organic sources.
  • Prepare a monthly SEO performance report for management review.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work with marketing to align SEO with Google Ads & Meta campaigns.
  • Coordinate with designers to optimize image sizes & upload best-quality project visuals.
  • Suggest content ideas (FAQs, case studies, client stories) for brand growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile

✅ 2–4 years of proven SEO experience (agency or product-side).
✅ Hands-on with WordPress, Google Search Console, Analytics, and Tag Manager.
✅ Solid understanding of technical SEO, on-page/off-page, and local SEO ranking factors.
✅ Good content writing & keyword mapping skills.
✅ Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for fixing website issues.
✅ Experience in tracking WhatsApp conversions & call tracking tools is a plus.
✅ Must have managed or ranked at least 10+ keywords on Google Page 1 for previous clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
