- Manage multiple Amazon accounts, including the setup and management of inventory, shipping, and payment settings on Amazon Seller Central.
- Conduct market analysis, keyword research, and supplier sourcing to identify profitable products to sell on Amazon.
- Create optimized product listings that include compelling titles, engaging product descriptions, and relevant keywords to improve product visibility and drive sales.
- Develop and manage effective advertising campaigns on Amazon's advertising platform, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
- Implement inventory management best practices, including forecasting, replenishment, and backorder management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and develop strategies for meeting sales targets.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise, including managing customer reviews to maintain a positive reputation and improve sales.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines to maintain accounts in good standing.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and the Amazon marketplace, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in account management and performance.
- Other related tasks in support of business operations.
