SEO/SEM Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Summary: Eden Senior Care is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO/SEM

Digital Marketing Specialist to support and grow our digital presence across multiple assisted living communities. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 1–5 years of experience who is passionate about data-driven strategy, performance optimization, and meaningful work that supports seniors and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize company websites to improve user experience, search visibility, and conversion rates
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, pay-per-click (PPC), and other paid search campaigns
• Develop and implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements
• Oversee SEM initiatives to drive qualified traffic and leads
• Create, manage, and analyze email marketing campaigns to support lead generation and community engagement
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Experience managing multiple websites or locations is a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or service-based industries is a plus
