Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO/SEM Technology Lead to drive search engine optimization and marketing strategies, oversee technical implementations, and ensure measurable growth in digital visibility. This role requires deep expertise in SEO/SEM, leadership skills, and the ability to integrate advanced technologies into marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Strategy: Develop and implement advanced SEO frameworks to improve organic search rankings.
• SEM Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Technical SEO: Oversee site architecture, indexing, and performance optimization.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide digital marketing specialists to achieve excellence.
• Innovation: Introduce new tools, AI-driven solutions, and automation to enhance efficiency.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to align strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in SEO/SEM, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable results in competitive digital markets.

Pay: Up to KD1,200.000 per month
