Who You Are
You are a highly skilled and focused Data Engineer specializing in the end-to-end creation, deployment, and optimization of Business Intelligence solutions. Your primary expertise lies in designing, developing, and publishing interactive dashboards and reports, demonstrating deep proficiency with DAX queries and functions to build robust, multi-dimensional reporting data models. You possess hands-on experience in the critical areas of Access Controls (including RLS), User and Role Management, and scheduling dynamic report exports. Beyond development, you are a performance champion, capable of driving Power BI dashboard performance improvements and analyzing and tuning complex SQL statements to optimize the underlying data sources. You excel at understanding and correlating complex data sets, applying strong problem-solving skills, and collaborating with product ownership to strategically plan and deliver high-quality data solutions.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Design and Develop Interactive dashboards and reports
- Experience with Publishing and Sharing Reports and Dashboards
- Hands on experience in setting up Access Controls and RLS
- Experience in User and Role Management
- Experience with Scheduling and Exporting Dynamic reports
- Run DAX queries and Functions
- Build and maintain multi-dimensional reporting Data Models
- Experience in Power BI Dashboard Performance improvements
- Hands on experience in analyzing and tuning complex SQLs
- Experience in strategizing and planning releases
- Strong skills in understanding and correlating complex data sets, data models
- Ability to work with product ownership to create high quality data solutions for the business
- Strong problem-solving skills
