Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Clover.
• Serve drinks and meals efficiently while maintaining a lively and positive attitude.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and processing payments accurately.
• Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities..
• Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables or bar patrons seamlessly.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous restaurant experience needed.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in a cafe or restaurant setting is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques is essential.
• Strong skills in sales, customer service, and hospitality are necessary to thrive in this role.
• Basic math skills including retail math and cash handling are important for accurate transactions.

Pay: $18.00 - $26.12 per hour
