*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Customer Interaction:*

- Greet customers promptly and warmly as they are seated and provide them with menus.

- Inform customers about daily specials, menu changes, and answer questions regarding food preparation, ingredients, and available alternatives.

- *Order Handling:*

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff swiftly.

- Serve food and drinks to customers at their tables, ensuring that all orders are accurate and brought in a timely manner.

- Check frequently with customers to ensure satisfaction with each dish and beverage, and offer to resolve any issues promptly.

- *Sales Enhancement:*

- Suggest additional menu items, such as desserts and drinks, when appropriate to enhance the dining experience.

- Promote special items, seasonal menus, or special events at the restaurant.

- *Payment Processing:*

- Issue bills and accept payment, handling cash, credit/debit card transactions, or mobile payments accurately.

- Ensure the cash register or point of sale system is balanced at the end of the shift.

- *Cleanliness and Maintenance:*

- Maintain cleanliness at tables, dining area, and workstations consistently throughout the shift.

- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, refilling necessary supplies, and ensuring the dining area is ready for the next customers.

- *Team Collaboration:*

- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

- Assist other team members during peak periods or as needed to maintain workflow and service standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 per month
