Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering outstanding guest service while ensuring smooth operation during busy hours. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and culinary knowledge will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of menu items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, adhering to food safety standards.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Culinary experience or food handling knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with OpenTable reservations system and upselling techniques.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices, food safety regulations, and proper food preparation procedures.
