Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Bloom & Brunch restaurant in Manitowoc. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guests receive outstanding service, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the cash register.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Uphold hospitality standards by providing attentive service and anticipating guest needs.
• Work with other members of the team to ensure efficient work flow and guest satisfaction.

Skills

• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for all patrons.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Excellent time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy shifts.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is preferred but not required.
