Position: Server
We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team! As a Server at Emily's Garden, you'll be the face of our restaurant, providing top-tier service to our guests and ensuring they have an unforgettable experience. You will be the Emily's Garden expert regarding our menu.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests who arrive at your section
• Provide excellent customer service in a friendly, professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders at the table, noting any special requests or guest allergies for our kitchen
• Upsell food and beverage items such as our specialty wines
• Excellent knowledge of our menu
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables, helping our food runners and bussers if needed
• Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly
• Work with our team to deliver a seamless dining experience
• Assist with set-up and breakdown of service areas as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Server is preferred (1+ years in casual or fine dining)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• A passion for food, wine, and great customer service
